HTC Desire Z design
combines a QWERTY keyboard with a touchscreen like the Xperia Mini Pro. In
addition to adding functional, this smartphone also has a quite fascinating. [HTC Desire Z] comes with a screen
measuring 3.7 inch capacitive touchscreen and a qwerty keyboard on the sliding
fifik. Body of HTC Desire Z is
wrapped with metal and stylish aluminium and soft-touch, grey plastic chassis.
Particular highlights include the battery cover that's a single slab of brushed
aluminium that is held securely in place by a proper clasp, rather than some
push in plastic tabs. The overall result is a phone that looks and feels
exceptionally well made.
Intension HTC Desire Z
The screen of the HTC Desire Z uses S-LCD screen so that the color depth
is slightly reduced. The resolution of this screen is 480 x 800 pixels with 252
ppi pixel density. The screen of the HTC smartphone is protected by Corning
Gorilla Glass and HTC Sense UI interface use. The home screen is arranged into
seven horizontal panels (three to each side of the homescreen) onto which you
can place widgets and shortcuts while along the bottom are shortcuts to the
main menu, the dialler, and the options page for customising the homescreen. Here
you can add widgets, change the wallpaper, and set the phone's theme.
As we would
expect, the Desire Z offers almost as good a web browsing experience as it's
possible to get on a mobile device right now. The optical trackpad on the front
of the phone is a little redundant in our eyes, as you can easily select the
correct amount of text using the touchscreen. Simply hold the section you want,
and a magnifying glass pops up to let you select the correct space between
letters.
Internet
connectivity on the Desire Z phone is possible through GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi and
3G. The connectors lined up in the handset include a 3.5 mm stereo audio jack,
a 5-pin micro-USB 2.0 and Bluetooth. This smartphone comes with USB and Wi-Fi
tethering ability and also features A-GPS to help you navigate. The Friend
Stream feature lets you bring all your social networking contacts to a single
display screen. The Desire Z also comes with DLNA support, which lets users
connect the phone to compatible televisions.
The
performance of the HTC Desire Z uses a 800 MHz Scorpion processor with Qualcomm
MSM7230 chipset and GPU Andreno 205. For the operating system is still using
version 2.2 Froyo, but can be updated to version 2.3 Gingerbread.
HTC Desire Z features a camera using a 5 MP
autofocus camera with LED flash and reaches a maximum resolution of 2952 x 1944
pixels. HTC Desire Z is no front camera or secondary camera the physical
shutter button makes taking photos markedly easier than on devices that require
you to use a touchscreen control – you try taking a self portrait on an iPhone!
In most other respects the camera is fairly average. As for the video recording
to do with the quality of 720p.
